Is the surfwellfleet.com store secure?

Credit cards are processed using First Data Corporation/Sovereign Bank through their secure payment processing system.

We accept Visa MasterCard & AMEX.

How long will it take to get my merchandise?
In stock orders ship within 3 to 5 days. Out of stock items will take 10 days to 3 weeks.

How do I order? 
Just go to the keepwellfleetweird button on surfwellfleet.com by clicking on a button to the left.  Click on the item you wish to buy and insert the size, color, and number of items you wish to purchase, paying close attention to any sizes or options. Click on the "Add to cart" button and your items are shown in the shopping cart. Click on the left to add incremental items and add to cart. If you make a mistake or want to change your order, click on the "remove from cart” link to remove all of the items from the cart and start over.

When you are ready to buy the items you have chosen, click on the "checkout” link. The next page will prompt you for you name, address, telephone and total the items to include shipping costs. The secure credit card payment page will ask you to fill in your information including a valid Visa, AMEX, or Mastercard number including expiration date.

On the credit card payment page, what is the card code and where is it located?
The card code is a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of credit cards. The number appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel at the end.



This program helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. All MasterCard cards, both credit and debit, were required to contain a card code by January 1, 1997; all Visa cards must contain a card code by January 1, 2001. Even if a criminal steals a valid account number, they cannot compute the card code since they do not know the mathematical algorithm logic.

The card code three-digit value is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa cards immediately following the Visa card account number.

We only need the last 3 digits of this number (the other are just a repetition of your credit card number).

When will I get charged?
Your credit card is processed at the time you place the order. The charge will appear as surfwellfleet.com on your card statement.

Can I return items?
Yes we will accept returns for exchange or credit. All of our products are professionally screen printed on only the highest quality garments.
We guarantee that your products will be free from defects at the time of delivery. If you receive your item and you are unhappy with it, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you receive the wrong size, we will exchange it for you. We will do our best to provide the best customer service; however the "turnaround time" may be a couple of weeks - not a couple of days.

1. The item must not be worn or laundered.
2. Return shipping costs to surfwellfleet.com on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. All item(s) returned must be accompanied by the original packing slip and must contain a reason for the return.
4. Please note that shipping & handling are not refundable, no exceptions. You also may want to insure your item when you are shipping it back to us.
5. We are not responsible for any lost items being returned to us.
6. We will refund your order in the manner it was placed. So if you paid by VISA, you will be refunded by VISA credit card, etc.
7. In the case of an exchange your credit card will also be charged the return shipping back to you.

Choose the items you would like to purchase from this site. Click on the checkout button and print out or write down your item list (closely recording quantities and options). Then physically mail the certificate(s) and your item list to:

If your order is more than your total amount of gift certificates then include a check of the difference payable to the "Surfwellfleet.com".
